Hello my loyal disciples! I was able to get my run in, but missed the lift. I will nail that tomorrow the battle against the  chub rages on tomorrow! 

Run Length: 2.3 miles 

Total: miles ran 2.3

Goal: 6.0 miles 

Meals:

Breakfast: 5 eggs, half an avocado, covered in salsa and a dollop of sour cream 

Lunch: 1 cup of rice, with 10 Oz of grilled chicken 

Dinner: 2 Coney island hotdogs with meat sauce and fries (the chub won this battle)
