Spring training Day 11
Hello my loyal disciples! I hit my goal of running six miles for a month straight! I had an excellent lift this afternoon and now I am going to celebrate my dear friends birthday. The plan tomorrow is to write a Sunday sermon for you guys. I hope you are all getting after it! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Run Length: 3.5
Total: miles ran 6.8!
Goal: 6.0 miles
Meals:
Breakfast: bacon and egg burrito(3 eggs and two strips of bacon)
Lunch: 1 half cup of rice, one avocado, and 5 Oz of antelope sausage
Dinner: 2 cheese burgers and fries
Workout:
Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift
Face pulls 3x12
dumbbell shoulder press 3x10
Arnold press 3x8
cable machine delt raises 3x8
abs
